We Are What We Are

Many times in life we stand before others
observing who they are, what they are.
Choosing right words to express those feelings
Some times we have no way of choosing the right words
we leave behind.
For there are many who leave a mark upon us
Others who leave words behind that touch the essences of our souls
There are ones who walk with us in life
These are the spirited ones who leave a mark upon us with sprit,
Who set our souls free, Like the earth ,wind and fire
That moves the sprit of their drive upon us
The mark of what they see in who we are
when together in sprit and soul

"Nature Is What We Are"

Some of us are like peddles in a stream
Worn smooth by what is said
Going like a flow.
doing not a thing
staying put till moved like a flow

Sorry, your browser doesn't support Java(tm).

Some of us are boulders,
Strong in strength heavy in drive
Giving and holding up others,
Sharing in strength in all we give
to others
Giving strength for many to go on
releasing an oracle to many

Some are like the roots strong
Sticking in what they believe in
So deep rooted in morals
Standing put in the ground they planted their roots in

Some of us are leaves, falling in despair
Hoping we can be swept away and gathered
Then burned when all gathered
Turned to ashes as we are blown away by others
who came into our lives

Some of us are bugs
who hide amongst the pebbles, boulders and under the leaves
Waiting for the time to come out and be
preying on others

Some of us are like the Sun
Shining light on all who are in our paths
Bringing light upon many
Enlightening their days
giving smiles to many

Some of us are shadows
who cast upon us love and inspire us to want
and believe
When darkness cast no light upon us

Some of us are like the wind comes and goes
stand s in a gust
and rushes for what comes their way

We are what we are in nature
All parts of this vast world we live in
For we are what we are
Friends in what we are,
In all we are, in what we give,
To be who we are

Speaking or hearing negative things brings
trouble. Even when it begins as a simple comment,
the sound echoes in our ears and then goes
into the mind. We accept what our minds tell us. So
instead of speaking or listening the negative, focus
on good, healthy, creative ideas and suggestions.
Give yourself good materials--good thoughts, good
words, good ideas--to help you build beautiful
roads in life. Give yourself fullness and joyfulness in
life by first seeing them in your mind's eye, then
finding them in everyday events.

I will be cunning as a coyote.

Humankind has not woven the web of life.
We are but one thread within it.
What ever we do to the web,
we do to ourselves.
All things are bound together.
All things connect.

Every part of this soil is sacred...every
hillside, every valley, every plain ...and
grove...responds lovingly to (our) footsteps
