Bloodshot Eyeballs
7 oz Sweetened flaked coconut
1 c Chopped white chocolate or white chocolate chips
2 tbs All purpose flour
2 tbs Light corn syrup
8 Red gumdrops, cut in half crosswise
2 Tubes (.68 oz) red glossy decorating gel
Place coconut, white chocolate and flour into the bowl of the food
processor and process until finely chopped. Add the corn syrup and
process again for about 30 seconds. Be careful not to over process or
the dough will become oily. Spread a sheet of wax paper on the
counter. Roll the dough into 16 balls and stick half a gumdrop into
each, the shiny cut side facing out to create pupils for the
eyeballs. Set the eyeballs on a sheet of wax paper.
Use red decorating gel to make veins so the eyeballs will look
bloodshot

Blood Punch with Severed Hand
Apple juice
Cranberry juice
Ginger ale
New rubber glove
Red food coloring
1 lb coffee can
Water
To make the hand, fill a new rubber glove with water. Tie at the
wrist with string and freeze one or two days. Unmold. Sometimes a
finger will fall off when unmolding, but that's okay, it adds to the
ghoulish effect! To make a base for the hand, fill a one-pound
coffee can about 1/3 full with water. Insert the hand and freeze
until firm. To make the punch: Mix equal parts of apple and
cranberry juice and ginger ale. Refrigerate. When ready to serve,
place half the mixture in the punch bowl. Insert hand ice mold in
the center. Fill bowl with remaining punch. Note: For added effect,
place a few drops of red food coloring on the tips of the fingers
just before serving. Yield: 1 punch bowl and hand

MUCOUS MEMBRANE MILKSHAKE
2 c Buttermilk
2 Vanilla ice cream
1/2 c Pineapple juice
4 tb Brown sugar
2 c Milk
Measure all of the ingredients, except
the milk, into a blender. Then blend on medium speed until smooth
and creamy. Add more ice cream if you like your mucus extra thick.
Fill tall glasses with the mixture and refrigerate. Heat the milk in
a small pan over medium heat until it begins to boil. Remove from
the heat and let it cool until a film develops on its surface. Using
a wooden spoon, carefully scoop off the film and place some on top
of each milkshake. If you need more mucus, just reheat the remaining
milk and repeat this step. Blend chunks of pineapple into your
milkshake (for phlegm balls) or red cherries (for blood clots)!

Brain Dip
1 whole cauliflower
1 tub Spinach or other Dip
radishes
assorted raw vegetables, crackers for dipping
Cut florets from the top of the cauliflower until you have a
cauliflower 'bowl.' Remove greens from bottom. Cut stems from
radishes, leave the root, remove skin. Using toothpicks and food
coloring, draw an eyeball on the flat part of the radish (where the
top was). The root will look like the optic nerve. Fill cauliflower
with dip, garnish with radish 'eyes', serve with veggies and
crackers.

Graveyard Cake
Make a sheet cake & frost with chocolate frosting. Cover it with
crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, so it looks like dirt.
To make headstones use a flat vanilla cookie (rectangle shaped) and
decorated with icing, use gravestone motifs like: RIP, skulls, etc.
Put the headstones on the cake, standing up to look like headstones.
Add some small Halloween decorations, like ghosts, witches, black
cats.
Another cake idea is THE BLACK CAT. many of you may have already
seen
this.
You take two round cake layers. One you leave whole, the other is
cut so there are three pieces; one bow shaped (middle) and two kind
of long ovid shaped ones (either end), I can't figure out how to
draw a picture of it.
Anyway you take the bow shaped piece and put it on the bottom of the
cake, like a bow tie.
Take one of the ovid shaped pieces and cut in half the short way, so
you have to triangle shaped pieces. Put on top of the round layer,
like ears.
Eat the third piece.
Frost the whole thing with dark chocolate frosting. Pipe on eyes
with green frosting, and nose & lips with red; use licorice shoe
laces for whiskers.

all candy pieces. Cool completely before removing from waxed paper.
