Pages must be original, there must be your own contents.

least five ( 5 ) pages of original written content.

There should not be any broken graphics and links.
(marginal error accepted) no band with stealing on graphics or

or similar is allowed on your web site. A web site is always is
changing their is no need for it.

checked for spelling errors.

A consistent font easy to read and sized properly.

Only personal homepages will be considered. (graphic
sites, PSP, pictures, E-zines, poetry, computer awareness sites,
site like greeting cards, ect )

The page should show a sign of caring for others
in a simple and helpful way. (If applying for Caring Award)

fast not freeze. ( I run newer PCs with cable modem) so most
sites should not worry about this.

To Qualify for Excellence
award the page should show originality with a theme.

complete organization on pages easy navigation, smooth flow

The page should show only links when used to help others
linking there outline to the resources that follow their out
line for additional inf.

Applicants must be 18 years of
age or older. We will not list an Award Site if we know the
